Omg!!! It's been a long time...I'm back. Happy 2021 to everybody. I'm going to show you how to prepare a very simple white sauce made from cashews.
1 1/2 cup of raw cashews
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cloves of garlic (or less depends on you)
1 teaspoon of basil
1/2 juice of a lemon
1 cup of water
1 cup of any Unsweetened plant based milk
1.Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until is creamy. This is going to take 1 or 2 minutes.
2. Add your mix to a skillet and cook 1 or 2 minutes to thicken. You have to constantly move to avoid lumps.
3. Set aside while the pasta is ready.
