Tzatziki dressing 

Good for salads!

Ingredients:

1 cup of Silk plain yogurt (or any other plant based plain yogurt)

3 to 4 cloves of garlic (well chopped)

1 lemon juice

1 teaspoon of dill ( you can add more I used more. I love dill.)

10 slices of Pickles (well chopped)

1 or 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar

1/8 teaspoon of Mineral Salt and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper

1/8 teaspoon of smoke paprika (you can add a little bit more if you prefer)

Method:

In a bowl mix all the ingredients and adjust the flavors if you need to.

Served in salads also good for falafels!
