Sweet and Spicy marinate for Tofu


1 package of firm or extra firm organic Tofu

1/4 cup of soy sauce

1/4 cup of Teriyaki sauce

1/4 teaspoon of smoke paprika

A dash of cayenne pepper powder

1 teaspoon of sriracha sauce

1 teaspoon of maple syrup

1/3 cup of water


First strain the water from the tofu and eliminate the water from the tofu as much as you can. You can use paper towel. Place a heavy object on the top.

Cut tofu into 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch cubes. Transfer them to a bowl.

Mix the rest of the ingredients very well and adjust flavors! Transfer the tofu to a bowl and pour the marinate. For better results marinate the tofu the night before or wait one or two hours before cooking your tofu.

You can cook the tofu in a non stick skillet, oven, or air fryer!
