It could be a dressing for salads!
1/2 cup Non dairy Plain yogurt( I used Silk)
1 clove of garlic (if you need more add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder)
1/4 teaspoon of mineral salt
4 teaspoon of lemon juice or 1/2 small lemon juice
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of Dill
1/2 to 1 teaspoon if Paprika powder
1/4 black pepper
1 or 2 teaspoon of Dry Parsley
1 teaspoon of Apple cider vinegar
Add all ingredients in a medium glass bowl and mix well. Adjust any flavor if you need it!
Enjoy with salads, Vegan Chicken nuggets or cauliflower rice!
