Personal potato pizza crust

Do you want a very healthy but savory pizza? I have the solution and is the potato pizza crust! Also is oil free.


2 medium Yukon potatoes

1 up to 2 tsp organic all purpose flour

1/2 or 1tsp of red pepper flakes

1 tsp dry basil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp baking powder

Method :

Cut your potatoes in dices and boil them until soft.

You can peel the skin or leave the potato skin I always leave the skin. Once they are completely cooked transfer the potatoes to a bowl and add all ingredients. Mash your potatoes and once everything is mixed transfer the potato dough to a big piece of parchment paper and start to form the pizza crust. Roll dough out into a 12-inch circle(the more thinner you can) and bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes until is very golden.

Top with favorite pizza toppings and put it in the oven again until cheese melts.
