Pernil Vegano or Jackfruit with pork adobo
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of oregano
2 or 3 cloves of garlic
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 can if organic jackfruit
Method:
Rinse off your jackfruit and drain the water.
Put the jackfruit in a food processor and pulse until is shredded.
Transfer to a bowl and mix all ingredients with your hand. Adjust all the flavors if you desire.
Pre heat your oven at 400F degrees
In a baking sheet put your jackfruit and cook for about 25 minutes do not cook to much you don't want your jackfruit crispy just golden and moist.
