First cut your apple in little cubes. In a small saucepan pour your water, cinnamon, maple and apples cook, them until soft. Its going to take like 10 minutes approximately. While you are cooking your apples pour your oatmeal and milk and cook them for 10 to 15 minutes approximately at this point you add a little salt just a dash to the oatmeal. I never use salt but some people do so is up to you.

Once everything is cooked serve your oatmeal, add your apples on top. Also the apples water to sweeten the oatmeal and you can add more cinnamon or unsweetened coconut flakes for more flavor.
