Oatmeal bars

Hello friends!!! Today I want to share how I prepare my oatmeal bars. You can eat them as snacks or like a breakfast.


Ingredients:


2 ripe Bananas

2 cups of oatmeal

2 teaspoons cocoa nibs (Optional)

2 teaspoons of pecans. (Optional)


Method:


In a large mixing bowl, stir together the Bananas and oatmea combined with a fork then add the rest of ingredients.


Spread mixture in a parchment lined 8×8 inch baking dish. Bake in a 350° oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
