How to prepare Crispy Chickpeas or Garbanzo beans in your air fryer

So easy just 15 minutes and you can add them to a pasta salad, Green salad or alone as snack! They are packed with a lot of protein. They are gluten free too! I used Herbamare instead of salt because is lower in sodium but feel free and use mineral salt. You do not need to add oil.

Ingredients:

1 can organic chickpeas

1/4 teaspoon smoke paprika

Herbamare to taste

1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon Lemon pepper

1/4 teaspoon cumin powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Method:

1.Drain and rinse your chickpeas

2. Transfer your chickpeas to a bowl and add all the ingredients.

3. Toss them with all the spices.

4. Pre heat your air fryer at 360F and cook for 15 minutes, For mines I adde 2 more minutes.

Serve and enjoy!

Tips:

I served mine in a salad. You can eat them with pasta, pasta salad, burritos and alone as a snack!
