Homemade Mcmuffins McDonald's style

Ingredients:

Extra firm Organic tofu

2 Gardein sausages

1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of turmeric

A dash of cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon of Nutritional yeast(optional)

1/4 egg salt (kala Namak)

Vegan English Muffins

2 slices of American vegan cheese ( I love Daiya)

Method:

-First drain all the liquid excess of the Tofu.

Then cut the tofu in slices. The Tofu, can be cut in squares or circles, the size of your muffins. About 1/2 inch thick approximately.

-In a bowl you are going to mix the spices, if you need to adjust the egg salt you can, but be careful because this salt is extremely salty. Once all the dry spices are mix add your tofu and cover them by each side.

**Note**

-To cook the tofu you can use the air fryer at 395F degrees for 12 minutes or you can use a pancake grill Cook for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

-Toast the English muffins

-For the sausage use the package instructions.

My husband was helping me!

To assemble, add the sausage to the English muffin, then the tofu and the last ingredients the cheese.

Tips:
