Hashbrowns Garden Cakes

Good morning!

Garden cakes yes! Is a beautiful day today is very warm and sunny! I'm back finally. Today I prepared what I called Hashbrowns garden cakes and let me show you what you need to prepare them. Is very easy and oil free. This recipe is for 1 or 2 people. Also this is something that you can eat at breakfast or lunch or who knows maybe dinner why not!
Ingredients:
3 medium Yukon potatoes
1 1/2 cup organic baby spinach
Some dry spices to add flavor
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp smoked paprika
1tsp dill
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 or 3 tablespoon of Nutritional yeast
And pepper flakes like 1 tsp approximately if you don't like spicy use less or omit
Method:
1. Cut the potatoes in dices (you can peel the skin or left the skin me personally I like the potato skin)
2. Wash the potatoes
3.Add your potatoes and the rest of the ingredients to a food processor. And pulse several times until you see a Hash brown texture.
4. Form the cakes. To bake them you can use a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
5. Preheat your oven at 400 degrees and cooked them until browned. It can take 25 minutes or 30 minutes.
6.Let them cool a little bit and served!
Enjoy!
