Easy oil free Granola


Hi everybody who doesn't like granola? But when you want a good granola it has oils that are unnecessary and do not add flavors at all just fat right? Today I want to share a recipe. I wanted to add a few more things to this granola as Golden raisins but the truth was that when I went into my pantry I did not had raisins ..is this happens to you don't worry just prepare your granola with the things yo have. Keep it simple but good and nutritive.


Ingredients:


4 cups GF oatmeal

1/2 cup of pecans

1/2 cup of walnuts

1/2 cup of pepitas or Pumpkin seeds

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

1/2 cup Unsweetened coconut flakes

1/2 maple syrup

2 or 3 tablespoons of Organic Almond butter

A dash o salt not much just a pinch


Method:


Preheat your oven at 350 degrees, Transfer all the ingredients to a big bowl and give a few stirs until all ingredients are mix. Once all you mix all the ingredients add parchment paper to a cooking sheet and pour your mix. Once your oven is ready cook for about 30 minutes or until yo no see that it has a golden color.

You can eat your granola with milk, over your oatmeal, with plant based yogurt over ice cream!
