Easy Cauliflower Rice


I like this recipe because is super easy and nutritive. You can cook this in just 25 minutes.


Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower

1/4 teaspoon of cumin

2 tablespoon Coconut amino

4 cloves of garlic

1/2 yellow onion

1 tablespoon Turmeric powder

Pepper flakes to taste


Method:

First cut the bottom of the cauliflower and then cut your cauliflower in litter pieces.

Add your cauliflower to the blender and pulse several times until you see a rice texture.

With a paper towel dry your cauliflower.

In a big non stick skillet( mine is from Palms brand)

Add a little bit of water and sautee your onions and garlic, if water evaporates add more until is fragant it's going to take 1 or 2 minutes. Then add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Then serve and enjoy! I served mine with beans and plantains!
