Easy and oil free  Pizza sauce 

I prepare this sauce every time. Why? Because is so easy. Is a sauce that taste good, is raw, and you do not have to cook it. In this recipe we are not going to measure.

Ingredients:

1 16 oz can Organic tomato paste

Oregano

Garlic powder

Dry basil

1/2 teaspoon of maple syrup ( maybe a little bit depends on the amount of sauce you prepare)

In a bowl add your tomato paste and you can start with1 teaspoon of garlic powder,

1 teaspoon of dry basil and 1/2 teaspoon of oregano also add a little bit of water maybe 1/4 cup of water. Mix all the ingredients and add more oregano, basil and garlic if you need. Adjust the ingredients at your convenience. The maple syrup is to eliminate the acidity of the tomato paste. Do not add to much maple syrup because is going to be too sweet.

Enjoy this sauce in a pizza!
