Easy and delicious Roasted red bell pepper sauce for pasta

Today's family dinner was a pasta with roasted red bell pepper sauce😋


1 cup raw cashews

1 jar of red roasted peppers

Salt and pepper for flavor

1/2 cup of Nutritional yeast 1 clove of garlic 2 1/2 cup of water 1/2 lemon juice


1.Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend very well.

2. Pour your sauce in a sauce pan add 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning and a little bit more add 1/2 teaspoon of dry basil and if you desire you can add more, taste your sauce and adjust the salt. Cook for a 1 or 3 minutes until is a little bit thicker. NOTE: If you do not have a high speed blender like a Vitamix is highly recommended to soak your cashews overnight or at least 4 hours. If you have a high speed blender is not necessary. Serve with your fave pasta and enjoy! Don't forget to tag me! At #veganndelicious
