Delicious oil free Hummus

Today I'm going to show you how tu prepare a delicious oil free Hummus.
2 cups Garbanzo beans
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon Smoked chipotle powder
1/3 cup Tahini sauce
2 lemons juice
1/2 teaspoon of Spike salt free seasoning
Mineral salt to taste
2 or 3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of water
Fire roasted red peppers optional
Note: You can soften the Garbanzo beans or you can use Garbanzo beans from a can.
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender start by adding 1/2 cup of water blend and add more water as you needed until the you see a nice soft and creamy consistency. Adjust salt and Spike salt free seasoning.
To serve you can add a little bit of smoked paprika.
You can enjoy hummus with chips, in wrap, or warm Pita bread!
