Coconut French Toast

Hello! for today I decided to go with French toast, who doesn't like French Toast? If yes this breakfast recipe is for you specially if you like the coconut flavor too!
For the toast I used a Whole Grain Multigrain bread but you can use your favorite sandwich bread. This recipe makes 4 toast.
1 and 1/2 tbsp of Coconut flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup Almond milk ( or your favorite plant based milk)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp brown sugar(optional)
3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
4 slices of bread
Preheat your pan or pancakes grill over medium heat.
In a wide and big bowl mix together all the ingredients.
In a big plate put your shredded coconut.
Dip each slice of bread into into the batter, then coat them with the shredded coconut.
When the grill is hot enough add Vegan butter 1 or 2 tbsp and cook your bread for about 5 minutes on each side until they are golden.
Serve hot with Mapple syrup and your favorite fruit and Enjoy!
