Cauliflower Bites

I just want to share my Cauliflower bites recipe. I like it because is something that you can eat as a snack or you can serve with pasta, rice or salad! Is oil free and you can make it in the air fryer or oven. I prepared mine in the air fryer but if you do not have one preheat your oven at

425 F and spread the cauliflower in a single layer over lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cauliflower is fork tender and browned around the edges.


1/2 head of Cauliflower cut into florets

1 tablespoon of Tahini

1 lemon juice

1 or 2 tablespoons of Frank's hot sauce

1/2 tablespoon of smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 or 2 tablespoons of water


In a medium bowl whisk together the hot sauce, lemon juice, paprika, salt,pepper, tahini and water. Adjust the flavors. Whisk well to combine. Add the cauliflower florets and toss well to coat.

Add the cauliflower to the fry basket without over crowding. Select the fry setting to 400 F degrees for 8 minutes, after the 8 minutes check with a fork to see if they are tender if not add 2 more minutes. Mine tooks 10 minutes..


Eat alone, over rice or over mac n cheese pasta.
