Caramelized onions

Easy just 4 ingredients! For this recipe you can use yellow or purple onion.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup of Balsamic vinegar

1 or 2 teaspoon of sugar

1/4 water

1 yellow onion

Herbamare or mineral salt to taste (optional)

Method:

Cut your onions in slices

Add all ingredients to a small pot and cook in medium low temperature until translucent.
