Brussels sprouts in the air fryer

When I was younger I didn't like too much Brussels sprouts but now that I'm Vegan I love them so much. I can eat them every day in different ways and today I'm going to show you how to prepare them in the air fryer without oil!

Brussels sprouts are especially rich in vitamin K, which is necessary for blood clotting and bone health. They are also very rich in vitamin C. That means Brussels sprouts works like an antioxidants which means that help in the absorption of iron. In this recipe we are not going to measure you can use the amount of Brussels sprouts you desire. Usually I prefer to do half of a bag.

Ingredients:

1 package Brussels sprouts

Balsamic vinegar

French dijon mustard

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Method:

Wash your Brussels sprouts cut them in half.

Transfer them in to a big bowl and add the desire amount of all the ingredients. I suggest start by 1 teaspoon of each one taste and adjust. Just add more if you desire. I did not used salt I don't really thought it was necessary but fell free and add salt if you need to.

For the air fryer settings:

I cooked them at 395 F degrees for 12 minutes.

It depends on the brand of your air fryer. I suggest to cook them for 10 minutes and if they are not cooked or browned makes 2 minutes increments.

Serve and enjoy!
