Blueberries Chia seeds pudding


One of the reason I love to prepare the Chia Seeds Pudding is because I can save time in the mornings. Why I save time? Is so simple. This recipe is something that you are going to prepare the night before, and then all you have to do in the morning is eat your pudding. And why Chia is good for you? Chia seeds are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, antioxidants, iron, and calcium but one of most important reasons is because its contains omega-3 that is essential for your brain health.

So I hope you like this recipe!


Ingredients:


1 cup any plant based milk

1/2 cup Organic blueberries

2 or 3 tsp Chia seeds

1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Cinnamon to taste (optional)

1 tsp Pure vanilla extract


Method:


First you are going to put all the ingredients except the Chia seeds in a high speed blender and blend for 1 or 2 minutes. Then transfer the mixture to a mason jar. Once your mixture is in the mason jar add the 2 up to 3 tsp of chia seeds and stir well.




At this point all you need to do is put the lid in the jar and wait at least 8 hours. For best results prepare this the night before and in the morning all you have to do is serve your pudding and add more fruits, also you can garnish with unsweetened coconut flakes and enjoy a full and satisfying breakfast. If you don't like blueberries you can add a banana instead of blueberries.
