Hello peeps! For this recipe I used Raspberries and Black berries. It's the first time I prepare preserves and is very easy. Mine doesn't have added sugar. However if you still want it more sweetness in your life Is ok..I understand feel free and add maple syrup. I hope you like it!
1 1/2 cups of Raspberries and blackberries
1 cup of water
1/2 lemon juice
2 teaspoon maple syrup
2 tablespoon chia seeds
Add all Ingredients to a skillet and left apart 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to add later. Use medium low heat and stir to prevent burning. Boil for 10 minutes or until mixture has thickened a little bit.
Add the last tablespoon of chia seeds and let the jam cooled. Last step add jam to the jars. Seal and refrigerate.
