Arugula and Basil pesto


1 cup Fresh of basil

2 cups Arugula

1 teaspoon of dry basil

3 or 4 cloves of garlic

Mineral salt and black pepper to taste

3 teaspoons of Nutritional yeast ( it can be substitute by vegan parmesan)

2 teaspoons of Extra virgin olive oil ( it can be substitute by pine nuts)

If you need more liquid add a little bit of water.


Just blend all the ingredients and enjoy!

This is a portion for 2 people. Use any pasta.
