A breakfast for lazy Vegans

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut

1 tablespoons soy sauce from Bragg's

1 up to 2 teaspoons liquid smoke

1 up to 2 teaspoons maple syrup

Bread and fresh avocados

Method:

In a bowl mix all the ingredients except the bread and the avocados. Stir together. The coconut flakes, the soy sauce, maple syrup and liquid smoke.

Pre heat your oven at 325F degrees

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add the coconut flakes to the baking sheet spread evenly. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes or until crispy and browned. It could be less so you have to watch them. We want them browned not burn.

Now we are going to toast 2 slices of bread.

Once your bread toasts are ready add your avocado slices and add your coconut flakes as the topping.
